Work with me

Ways we can work together

Three doors into the same room: steady, clinically grounded support for your nervous system, before, during and after the big work.

The work

Psychedelic preparation & integration

Two halves of one piece of work. What you do in the weeks before an experience decides how safe it is, and what you do in the months after decides whether it changes anything.

Trauma-informed psychotherapy

Trauma is not only a memory. It lives in how your body braces, scans and shuts down. Therapy that ignores the body asks half of you to do all the work.

Group work & programs

Some healing happens one to one. Some happens in a room with people who get it, where you do not have to explain yourself first.

“She's the most reliable therapist I've worked with, out of three.”

Coaching and meditation training

Not everything needs the therapy room. For practical, body-based tools for stress and overwhelm there is somatic coaching for nervous system regulation. To learn meditation in a structured, evidence-based way there is mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT).

For organisations

I also run corporate wellness workshops, talks and ongoing programs for teams, on stress, burnout and nervous-system regulation.

We agree what to work on and how often to meet.
