Privacy policy
What this site and my practice collect, why, and what your rights are. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who is responsible for your data
This site is run by Natasha Singh Psychotherapy, registered in Malta, registration number 25776421. I am the data controller, which means I decide what personal data is collected here and why. You can reach me about anything in this policy at info@workwithasha.com. As the practice is registered in Malta, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everything below.
The contact form
If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, your timezone if you choose to share it, and your message. The form sends this to my email through Resend, an email delivery service; the site itself does not keep a copy. Your message then lives in my inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. I use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. If we never end up working together, I simply leave the thread in my inbox or delete it.
The newsletter and the free meditation
The newsletter signup and the 12-minute meditation are handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). When you sign up there, Kit processes your email address on my behalf so I can send you what you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Kit has its own privacy policy, which applies to how their platform works.
Cookies and measurement
The site can load two measurement tools: the Google tag, through Google Tag Manager, and the Meta pixel. Neither loads unless you accept cookies in the banner. If you decline, or simply never choose, nothing tracking-related runs at all. The full detail, including how to change your mind, is in the cookie policy.
If you become a client
Therapy and coaching involve notes. I keep client notes in Google Drive and in a paper notebook, and both are treated as confidential clinical material: they are not shared, sold or used for anything other than your care. I keep them for as long as professional obligations require, and no longer. What you tell me in sessions stays between us, within the limits the law places on every therapist, such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me what data I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it or delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, and withdraw any consent you gave, at any time. Write to info@workwithasha.com and I will respond. If you feel I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Last updated 4 August 2026.
